Terms of Service

Welcome to SeedReel. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SeedReel website and service (the "Service"), operated by SeedReel ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What SeedReel is

SeedReel is a curated library of short-form videos that performed organically on social platforms, together with editorial analysis (hooks, calls-to-action, transcripts, tags) intended to help marketing professionals study creative structures. Videos remain hosted content of their original creators and platforms; each entry credits the creator and links to the original post. SeedReel does not claim ownership of third-party videos and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the creators or the platforms.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• One account is for one person. Team plans, where offered, define their own seat limits.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid access is billed as a recurring subscription. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller and merchant of record, Paddle.com, who handles payment, invoicing, and applicable taxes. Your subscription renews automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancelling ends your subscription and your access immediately; the unused part of the current period is not refunded, except under our 48-hour guarantee or where the law requires it. Upgrades are charged right away, minus the unused part of your current plan. Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

• Use the library for research, inspiration, and internal analysis in your business or agency work.
• Do not scrape, bulk-download, resell, or redistribute the library or its analysis.
• Do not share your account or circumvent access controls.
• Do not use the Service for anything unlawful.

Reproducing a creative conceptfor your own clients is what the Service is for; copying a creator's actual footage, audio, or protected expression is your responsibility to clear with the rights holders.

5. Intellectual property

The SeedReel name, site design, curation, taxonomy, and editorial analysis are our property. Third-party videos, trademarks, and content belong to their respective owners. If you are a rights holder and want a video removed from the library, contact us and we will remove it promptly.

6. Availability and changes

We work hard to keep the Service available but provide it "as is" without warranties. Catalog contents change over time as videos are added or removed. We may update features, pricing for new subscribers, or these Terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SeedReel is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for business outcomes of content you produce based on the library. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
